紀藤正樹氏（2022年7月撮影） 紀藤正樹弁護士（64）が10日までにX（旧ツイッター）を更新。タレント中居正広（52）が一部週刊誌などで報じられていた一連の騒動について発表した声明について見解を示した。 中居をめぐっては、23年6月、女性との間にトラブルが発生し、約9000万円の解決金を支払って示談したと一部週刊誌などが報じていた。中居は「お詫び」と題した文書で「トラブルがあったことは事実です」と認め「双方の代理人を通じて示談が成立し、解決していることも事実です」と伝えた。「このトラブルにおいて、一部報道にあるような手を上げる等の暴力は一切ございません。なお、示談が成立したことにより、今後の芸能活動についても支障なく続けられることになりました」などとつづっている。 紀藤氏は「リスク回避の観点からは”なお書き”2行は不要ないし誤解を招くと思います」とした上で「その他がよく練られた文章なのに残念な感があります」とつづった。
