The Baltimore Ravens hold a 14-7 lead over the Pittsburgh Steelers at M&T Bank Stadium, and they’ll need to finish the second half without Justice Hill.

The dual-threat running back was forced to exit with a concussion after taking a big hit following a 25-yard run down the sideline.

RB Justice Hill (concussion) has been ruled out.

With Hill out, Baltimore only has Rasheen Ali active at the running back position, and Keaton Mitchell is listed as a healthy scratch. The Ravens have Patrick Ricard as a fullback, and they could incorporate him into the passing game instead of Hill.
