McDonald’s latest Pokémon card promotion begins Tuesday in the United States, and this time, it’s all dragons. Tossed inside dragon-type Pokémon Happy Meal boxes — there are four varieties — are booster packs featuring dragon-type Pokémon. (But not all cards of are dragon-type Pokémon; several, like Eevee and Pikachu, are not.) There are 15 cards total, with four inside each booster pack. Each Happy Meal comes with a sticker sheet and a Pokémon poster, too.
The four Pokémon Happy Meal boxes feature either Charizard, Pikachu and Dragonite, Rayquaza, or Roaring Moon. Per PokéBeach, here’s the full list of included Pokémon:
- Charizard
- Pikachu
- Miraidon
- Jigglypuff
- Hatenna
- Dragapult
- Quagsire
- Koraidon
- Umbreon
- Hydreigon
- Roaring Moon
- Dragonite
- Eevee
- Rayquaza
- Drampa
Out of these 15 cards, seven are holographic.
Beyond physical cards, the McDonald’s promo extends to mobile card game Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket: Players who purchase a Happy Meal from the McDonald’s app will get a code that awards 24 Pack Hourglasses (used to open more booster packs in Pokémon TCG Pocket) and 12 Wonder Hourglasses (used for wonder picks). 24 Hourglasses equals two extra booster packs and one extra wonder pick in Pokémon TCG Pocket.
Pokémon has collaborated with McDonald’s to include card packs in Happy Meals for quite some time — and it’s always a popular one for both kids and adults.
